It Is Important To Eat Good!

What we put into our bodies determine how we feel sometimes.  Our bodies are made to digest natural food; whole food, created by God. In today’s world of GMO Chemical Experiments hidden under a Photoshop Designed Packaging, Many are consuming Garbage. It’s Important that we put good food into our systems like we put good gas into our vehicles or the right oil into our transmission or engine. Doing the opposite can result in unpleasant functioning of the body and a compromise of operating at full potential. You’ve heard the saying, β€œYou are what you eat” right? ..Well, that is 100% PURE FACT. If you spend your life eating chemical infested foods; don’t be surprised if later you will need prescriptions to balance out other chemicals in your body just to operate better. If you Can’t give up the sweets… and you need those brownies.. all that soda.. and those baked buttery sweets and all that Ice cream… don’t be surprised if you feel drained often, feel wore out and see those clothes getting tighter and that shirt stretching in the mid section. It doesn’t matter how much you exercise…If your Diet isn’t right… Your Health isn’t right. Eating good food promotes long life, a glow in the body, and over all… it promotes very good mental health. You’re less likely to be discouraged moving, squatting or even breathing when your health game is strong. What you put into your body is so important. 

Whole Foods

When you have something whole, You have something complete and in it’s original and pure form. In other words, there isn’t any divisions. When it comes to Whole Foods, eating anything Natural, In it’s original form is Valuable to your health. Whole Foods usually are foods directly from the ground, from the trees or from the land or sea. Food becomes β€œNot Whole” when bio engineered ingredients, other chemicals or preservatives are added.  These β€œOther Ingredients” can be added as fillers, like gluten, fructose, lethicin, starches and other things to promote shelf life for profit. Grocery stores may be convenient, but It really is Ideal to shop the outer perimeter of the store; as the more you go down the isles, the more chemicals you will put into your basket. Before you know it.. You’ve got a basket full of chemicals. Some of the chemicals found in food today are Highly Addictive and chemicals that promote estrogen levels in men and women; creating inflammation and unwanted physical side effects. Like the Animals and other wildlife, It’s best to stick with the Whole Foods and Natural Foods and clean them well.

Processed Food

Most Items β€œPackaged” or Canned foods are processed. Some are heavily processed and include a warning on the package letting you know that Bio Engineered Ingredients or Ingredients know to cause cancer are present. The problem is… Most people don’t look at the package carefully before purchasing. When food is processed, it means that it is tampered with and runs through a process in a factory and through machines before it actually hits your tongue and taste buds and slides down to your digestive system. Most people don’t realize that when they are eating those processed foods, there are LOTS of sugars or salt added to disguise the taste of the chemicals and added ingredients. Your Body then has to figure out what to do with those added chemicals and preservatives. Usually, your body stores it as fat. That’s why once you start indulging because of how sweet that was or how flavorful that was.. you discover unnatural β€œFluff” and fat storage. For some, serious side effects can take place in the body due to allergic reactions from the chemicals or a sensitivity to the preservatives or additives.

Do Your Body Good!

There is nothing better than knowing you ate good! I’m not talking β€œYou ate enough”. I’m talking about knowing that you filled up on the good stuff. Our bodies really let us know when it’s feeling good and functioning well after a wholesome and well balanced meal. Taking the time to avoid ingredients like Gluten, Soy Lethicin, Bio Engineered Ingredients and processed foods can really do our bodies and minds right. Not only will we feel better but we will function better. I understand that Whole Foods aren’t always available, but doing what you can to consume food with less ingredients as possible will give you a head start. Don’t settle. Don’t Compromise. Sometimes you gotta throw out those pastries… No matter how much they are talking smack to your stomach. Sometimes you gotta take those cookies and Ice Cream and Shoot a 3 Point Shot into the trash can to win the game. Sometimes you gotta get all that bread, crackers and chips and take the kids to the beach and bless those birds and pull out your phone and capture some good footage of your little ones having fun with the seagulls. I’m not saying go waste your money; I’m talking about going through your cupboard or pantry and being real about what you know you don’t need. My point is, when make up your mind to start eating good… it will become easier. Do your body good and you will feel way better in life.

Final Thoughts

Before you start your day and end your day, Treat your body right and give it what it needs; instead of what the mind wants. Our minds are the enemies of our health. When it all boils down… it’s a mental and conscious choice as to what we put into our systems. Our bodies are temples; For God. Our Bodies are our Dwelling place for our Soul and Spirit. We are all spirit beings and housed in these bodies in order to live in this physical realm; and in this earth. Eating from home, cooking your own food with intent to feel good and nourishing your body with the right foods will bless your quality of life. Not eating the right foods or taking good care of our bodies only result not only in sickness and disease… and worse.. Premature death. Not taking care of your health and diet results in conflict with our inner spirits and our energy and prevents us from being alive in peace. Take some time to cook. Take some time to cook the good stuff. You have no idea what you’re missing. Love your body. Love your health vibes. Putting the right foods into your system is definitely a major blessing!
